I absolutely love sitting up! I can't quite do it on my own but I can with some help. Now that I can hold my head up it's pretty much the only way for me. I got a new seat, although my parents waited to long and my legs barely fit. But for now, it's AWESOME! Blue really likes it too cause now he can get real close and get in some licks before my parents realize and yell at him. I kinda like when he gets yelled at, I giggle every time.

Every Tuesday morning Mommy & I go to Mom to Mom Group at Griffin Hospital. I like going to see all the friends I've made. Sometimes we all go for a walk, lunch or shopping after!

I finally spent some time with my Great Grandpa and Grandma that live in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!!! Boy, they're fun! Great Grandma has my kind of energy! She got down on the floor with me to play! They love me lots. Great Grandpa calls me BIG JAKE, I think that's fitting!

My first steps with God

I was baptized today! I was real well behaved too! I didn't even cry that much when Msgr Cuneo blessed me with the holy water. I sure did enjoy this special day... all eyes were on me and I sure do love attention!

My Godparents, Breanne and Erick, got me dressed. I wanted to make it as difficult for them as I possibly could. Mission Accomplished!

4 months

I am a whole 4 months old now! Mommy and Daddy weighed me and I'm 15.9 lbs and 26" tall.

I'm growing super fast! Thank goodness Mommy likes to shop cause I fit in some 6-9 mo clothes way better then these 3-6 mo clothes.

4 months old today, hmmm I wonder what if I can finally roll over today.

And for my next trick I will attempt to shove both hands in my mouth!

I have discovered the joy of sitting up. I used to love being on the shoulder, but now I'm all about sitting and seeing things. I can sit supported but my new thing is trying to sit up myself.
